I am a well-established Sole Trader through word of mouth and local advertising now bringing my business online. New digital equipment is always exciting, but it’s not always as easy as taking out of the box, plugging in and away you go. Once Installation and Set Up is completed, my years of experience and expertise mean that I can explain in a way that you will understand.
People often call me to resolve Issues left behind by The Big Multiple Retailers due to their Time Constraints, they tend to get a picture up and say “All Done!” Without much of an explanation of how to use the equipment. I also visit New Customers to resolve Issues left behind or caused by other Local less competent Engineers, who were unable to complete the job correctly. This unfortunately is a Regular Occurrence!
I ensure that all of your equipment “Talks” to each other, and make sure everything works correctly. I optimize your settings leaving you with the best Picture and sound quality possible. I ultimately leave you with your equipment simple and easy to use.
